Shipping policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipment. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States only.
- Standard Shipping – $5.99 (estimated delivery: 5–10 business days)
- Express Shipping – $15.00 (estimated delivery: 2–5 business days)
- Free Standard Shipping – on all orders of $75.00 or more
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Split Shipments Some orders may be fulfilled from multiple locations. If your order contains items shipped from different fulfillment centers, you may receive separate packages at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@karbellabeauty.com and we'll do our best to assist.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
